Terms and Conditions
General
1.1) Waterproof-tvs.com ltd provide premium quality goods. The customer is guaranteed to be supplied in the most efficient manner possible, we provide realistic prices with no hidden charges or extra costs.
2.1) For international sales import duties and taxes are chargeable on entry.
3.1). By placing an order with waterproof-tvs.com you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Descriptions of Goods/Products and Pricing
1.2) All our products are of a technical nature and we are sometimes unable to give full specifications of all products. All descriptive matter, images and descriptions in our adverts are for the sole purpose of approximate description. Full details of specifications are available from manufacturers manual found at our website.
2.2) Ex display items are sold periodically, in goods conditions and usually without original packaging, cut price items these items will be sold with the standard 12month warranty.
3.2) All prices quoted on our website are shown without delivery charges, calculation of postage is done at the checkout.
4.2) International sales, duties and taxes apply, will be charged on entry. All products are shipped direct from the factory in china.
5.2) We strongly recommend customers keep all boxes and packaging just in case of any return.
6.2) All goods are subject to availability.
7.2) Please note any product listed or quoted at in incorrect price due to error by a supplier or publisher we reserve the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price and an immediate refund will be issued.
Payment
1.3) Waterproof-tvs.com accept all major credit cards, you can pay using Worldpay or Paypal. All correct information must be provided along with an exact billing address. Any incorrect information will cause delays in the ordering process. Delivery of goods will be to the registered address of the credit card.
2.3) We accept cheques and postal order, please allow 7 to 10 working days for them to clear.
3.3) In special circumstances we do allow cash transactions.
Delivery
1.4) Delivery of all products in stock are usually next day, door to door service. International are direct from the factory please allow 7 to 10 working days, duties and taxes apply.
2.4) If you are unable to check the contents of the package please sign the delivery note unchecked. If there is noticeable damage to the external please sign the delivery note as Damaged on arrival.
3.4) We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages charges of expenses caused by the delay of delivery of the goods.
Warranty & Repairs
1.5) All products are supplied with 12 months repair or replacement warranty. 2.5) All faults should be reported to waterproof-tvs.com with a full and detailed description of the fault.
3.5) Within the first 6 months of purchase the product should be returned to us for testing. Tests will be carried out and an assessment will be made.
4.5) If a manufacturer fault is found then a repair or replacement will be issued under warranty.
5.5) Warranty will not cover accidental damage, nor the use of any other products/transformers being used with this product. Should a different transformer have been used with the product warranty will not cover any damage.
6.5) If a manufacturer faults is not found then a £20 admin charge and delivery cost will be chargeable to the customer.
General Returns
1.6) Should you change your mind for any reason, we accept return of goods/product providing they are in the original packaging, unused (that means not plugged in and switched on) and fit for resale.
2.6) You need to return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt.
3.6) A full refund will be given.
